Refund policy

At Shomzy.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and refunds under the conditions below.


1. Return Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Products must match the item you received and include all accessories, manuals, or gifts that came with it.

  • Returns are accepted for wrong items, defective products, or items that do not meet your expectations.


2. Return Timeframe

  • Returns must be requested within 2-3 DAYS from the date of delivery.

  • Requests after this period will not be accepted unless the product is defective.


3. Refund Process and Timing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS.

  • Please note that banks may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.


4. Exchange Options

  • Exchanges are available for items of the same value.

  • If the replacement item is unavailable or costs more, our team will guide you through a refund or alternative options.


5. Damaged/Defective Product Handling

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at Shomzy.pk@gmail.com immediately.

  • Please provide photos of the damage/defect to help us resolve the issue faster.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund depending on availability and your preference.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized/custom-made products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”

  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., candles, kitchen items opened)


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect, wrong product, or shipping error, Shomzy.pk will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For other reasons (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
